The Dim Sum Library Experience
Our art deco restaurant in Pacific Place brings together beautiful design and brilliant cooking. The space takes inspiration from Han Dynasty poetry, setting the scene for refined Cantonese dishes that put a fresh spin on tradition.
The dim sum is familiar but reimagined, including foie gras taro puffs, black truffle har gau, and pork siu mai with black garlic. You’ll also find wagyu fried rice, lobster bao, and cocktails inspired by the tea room setting.
Come for lunch, linger over afternoon tea, or settle in for dinner and drinks.

Every afternoon at Pacific Place, Dim Sum Library serves a tea experience unlike any other. Tea Tales is our take on afternoon tea in Hong Kong: two hours of unlimited dim sum, flavourful mains and delicate desserts, all served with a complimentary tea-infused mocktail.
Expect modern classics like foie gras taro puffs, lobster broth dumplings and jasmine coffee pudding. Add free-flow sparkling wine, or simply settle in and graze your way through the afternoon.
Available daily from 2pm to 5:30pm, starting at HK$338 per person.

Dim Sum in Hong Kong
From traditional favourites to creative new dishes, our dim sum menu celebrates the best of Hong Kong’s dim sum culture. Start with black truffle har gau or king crab and sea urchin spring rolls. Then move on to modern signatures like black garlic siu mai, wagyu beef puffs and cheung fun filled with Ibérico pork.
Every dish is made to order. Some, like our seafood dumplings in white pepper broth, take a little longer – but are worth the wait. Vegetarian options include wild mushroom and beetroot dumplings, and crispy purple cabbage cheung fun.
