Dim Sum Library at Pacific Place is an evolution of centuries-old Chinese recipes reimagined to reveal a fresh new, modern take on classic dim sum and hot dishes.

Must-order dishes include our Steamed Alaskan black cod fillets with chives & Sichuan pepper, Mapo tofu with M9 wagyu beef, Dan dan pork noodles and Oolong creme brulee.
